Ted Andrews - President
Ted’s journey as a builder began as a furniture designer and cabinetmaker. With more than 20 years experience in home remodeling and construction, Ted hasn’t lost that attention to detail and craftsmanship. He believes each project is an opportunity that only comes once; a chance to use the owners’ resources to create a building with enduring value. Ted and his wife Deborah live in Yarmouth, Maine with their two sons.
Jennifer Vogel - Vice President
Jenn is central to all operations at Fine Lines Construction and Harborside Design. With a B.S. in Accounting and 15 years experience in corporate finance,
her responsibilities have grown to include general management, human resources and project management. And now, Jenn has expanded her role even further
to include that of REALTOR®. Jenn has expertise, energy, and the
highest ethical accounting and business standards. Her personal style and professionalism build client confidence, which is essential for a successful project.
Brent Smith - Senior Foreman
A native of Maine, Brent has been with Fine Lines since 1996. A natural leader and master carpenter, Brent has earned a reputation for his willingness to take on the most difficult design projects and make them look easy. He motivates his crews with his own positive outlook and willingness to teach. An outdoorsman, golfer and family man, Brent does it all.
Ben MacDonald - Foreman
On board since 1998 and also a Maine native, Ben brings 10 years experience as carpenter to the crew. With his can-do attitude and great sense of humor, Ben is equally comfortable working with clients, crew members, and tackling the most difficult tasks. Though our youngest foreman, Ben is truly one of the best.
Andrew Munsey - Architect
Andy’s experience in architectural design ranges from drafting to project management. A graduate of Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Architecture, he is a Maine Licensed Architect with over ten years experience in commercial and residential design and construction. His strong technical skills are balanced with his passion for creating spaces that are functional, refined, efficient and comfortable. He enjoys collaborating with construction crews and clients to find creative solutions to the challenges posed by each unique project. A Maine native, Andy currently lives in Bowdoinham with his wife and two sons.
Mike Maines - Architectural Designer
After graduating from Tufts University with a degree in Architectural Engineering, Mike spent several years working as a carpenter, cabinetmaker and designer in Boston and Nantucket, Massachusetts. A Maine native and former Fine Lines foreman, Mike now uses his keen eye for detail to design projects for Harborside.
Mike strives to design homes that are space and resource efficient and that fit their site, while meeting the homeowner’s needs. Because of his interest in energy efficiency and innovative building techniques, Mike is pursuing LEED-Accredited Professional status. He has published several articles in Fine Homebuilding magazine.
Paul Seaman - Architect
A Registered Architect with licenses in both Maine and Massachusetts, Paul’s background includes a broad range of design experience, most notably six years with Ralph Lauren, LLP in New York. As a Project Architect there, Paul worked with the department of International Store Development, opening flagship stores in Australia and Hong Kong. Prior to that, he designed furniture and accessories for product lines in the Ralph Lauren Home Collection.
Paul’s education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design as well as a Masters in Architecture from Syracuse University. The depth of his background and education brings a strong design discipline to Harborside. Paul enjoys working with clients to bring both a sense of clarity and order to each project.
